EngineerRe was founded by a team of highly experienced e-commerce, design, technology and process management executives to take advantage of the strong and growing need for more focused business operations centered on internet technologies and the emerging fundamentals of doing business in a Web 2.0 world.


Jonathan Hill — has more than 20 years of experience in the design and management of electronic distribution, business development and e-commerce systems. Dr. Hill is also a noted academic in areas of computing, entrepreneurship and community service. On the corporate side he has held positions with Travelocity, Hertz, and several significant start-up ventures. He currently holds an academic posting at Pace University after many years with the City University of New York. He holds a doctorate from Pace University, an MBA from Baruch College/CUNY and a bachelor's degree from the University of the Pacific.

Wilfredo Pena — is the Director of Operations for EngineerRe. A noted marketer and survey specialist, Wilfredo works in the marketing, technology, Web design and e-commerce including stints in the music and apparel industries with significant success translating brands to and from the Hispanic market. He also has significant office management experience including cost control systems. He holds a bachelors degree in marketing and e-commerce from Pace University.

Dmitriy Poznyak — is the Lead Developer for EngineerRe. Dmitriy has significant Web development and art direction skills developed over years of work on web design. His work encompasses a wide array of Web design and architecture.

Joe Conyers III — a gifted provider of digital solutions to organizational problems, Joe's experience includes strategy development, user experience, business intelligence, technology acquisition, social media, and digital transformation. He has previously worked with internet startups, a well known contemporary art blog, a boutique investment bank, and Morgan Stanley. He attended the Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems at Pace University where he was the President of the Pace Computing Society.
